Each one of our custom homes is created in close collaboration with our clients to reflect their individual needs, desires and tastes and is built using the highest quality construction methods and materials.
We begin by informally sitting down with our clients, often around their kitchen table for coffee and conversation, so we can get to know them better. Together, we determine their wish list for their custom home, and their plans for the future. Based on what we learn at this initial meeting, we will create an initial sketch plan and then review it with our client.
The feedback clients provide to us at this review meeting assists us in developing a general concept and setting a budget. This information, including the client’s wish list, will be provided to our architect to continue the process of creating their custom home.
We offer a complete turn-key service for our clients, making the construction process as stress-free as possible for them. We, along with our seasoned trades people, handle all aspects of the process, from initial demolition through to move-in. And along the way, our professionals are prepared to make any changes to suit customer requests.

We provide the following:
1-Full Architectural & Engineering Drawing
At Savan Inc., we work only with experienced, renowned architects, so our clients have peace of mind knowing they are in excellent hands. We provide the architect chosen with the client’s wish list and the preliminary design that we have created in collaboration with our client. Using this information, the architect will draft one or two preliminary drawings for the customer’s review. The client will select one of these drawings and the plan will be further refined to create the final drawing. After the final plan is reviewed by our structural engineer, it will be submitted to the building department for a building permit.
2-Zoning & Building Permits
Depending on the nature of the project, we can handle application for a regular building permit, a minor variance or a full re-zoning application, including Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) appeals.
3-Full Construction
We offer a complete turn-key service for our clients, making the construction process as stress-free as possible for them. We, along with our seasoned trades people can handle all aspects of the process, from initial demolition through to move-in. And along the way, our professionals are prepared to make any changes to suit customer requests.
4-Interior Design
Our talented interior designer offers a full range of services for our clients, from complete interior design to assistance in selecting features, finishes and furniture that reflect their individual taste and style.
5-After Move-In Services
For our customers’ convenience, we offer comprehensive move-in services, including selection of appliances and interior and exterior maintenance.
Based on our experience, we know that our responsibility to our clients doesn’t end with move-in. Two years following a new construction project, we suggest that one of our experienced technicians visit our clients’ home to review any concerns or comments.
We can also service clients’ requirements, from landscaping to pool design and maintenance, with our experienced trade professionals.
